The house is situated in a calm and panning zone in the laughing hills of the Tuscany to around 13 km from the highway (gone out A1 Valdarno) between Florence and Arezzo , its perfect geographical location makes it easy to reach important nearby historical and cultural cities like Florence , (km.38), Arezzo (km. 26), Siena (km. 35) , and enjoy the extraordinary scenery of the Chianti region, whith its castles, vineyards, olive groves and the characteristic villages of the Pratomagno district.

Hospitality happens in an ancient rural house in stone , elegantly funished in style . with fireplace and a greatexternal barbecue in the ample garden equpped in the summer period with beds sunsuit , chairs and tables.

The farm has 2 apartments (sunflower and poppy) both the environments are well illuminated from ample windows that are opened on the mervelous panorama and it's also cellar where the guests can buy tipical product (olive oil of our production , wine and honey).
